Nick Ventry
Nick Ventry is the President of Maintenance Specialist Inc. He has been with MSI since May 2014. Nick oversees the day-to-day operations of the company. He grew up in Niagara Falls, NY and moved to North Carolina where he went to high school at South Point High School. His interests include spending time with family, going to the beach and camping.
Nate Townsend
Nate Townsend is our Senior Tech at Maintenance Specialist Inc. Nate grew up in Niagara Falls, NY and has worked in numerous fields throughout the years. With over 12 years of both electrical and plumbing experience he has been a great asset to the company. In his free time Nate loves to spend time with his two dogs and you can usually find him fishing and camping.
Anna Bello
Ana Bello is the Office Manager at Maintenance Specialist Inc. She has been with MSI since December 2022. With over 10 years of, management experience, Ana oversees the office’s day-to-day operations. Her interests include listening to music, hiking, and watching novels.
Dustin Rudisill
Dustin Rudisill is the Installation Foreman at Maintenance Specialist Inc. He has been with MSI since May 2018. With over 6 years of experience, Dustin oversees the installation division of the company. His interests include reading fantasy.
